IT Hardware Specialist (Field Support Specialist) - Deputy (limited contract)

  • Place of work: Košice, Slovakia (Job with occasional home office)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 000 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1000 € /brutto.
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Daily business responsibility:

Ensuring that technology assets are supervised, received, recovered, deployed, and retired in a controlled manner as well as fulfill requests for ordering hardware\software.


Preparation and control of optimization measures related to internal processes, reporting and quality of IT within company. Support local infrastructure services. Support establishment and maintenance of internal IT processes within company.

Key accountabilities

• To check, implement, manage and build tickets in order to maintain service to internal customers according to given process
• Prepare and maintain HW for newcomers and daily operation
• Prepare and maintain documentation and how to guides for company
• Share knowledge with other IIT colleagues
• Participate in internal and external projects as technical support
• Manage performance test of HW
• Ensuring that technology assets are supervised, received, recovered, deployed, and retired
