Information about the position

  • Place of work: Košice, Slovakia (Job with occasional home office)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 500 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1500 € /brutto.
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Team Lead is responsible for disciplinary leadership of respective team. He/she participates in shaping and implementing the strategic personnel and competence planning of the team. The Team Lead participates in strategic development of the chapter: professional / content-wise (e. g. application operations, DevOps, scrum) and in terms of change (structure, processes). He/she is responsible for organization within teams and supporting the collaboration among the teams.
Key accountabilities
* Disciplinary leadership of people in the team
* Responsibility for the individual development of people, such as the promotion of talents as well as people's motivation and enthusiasm through feedback or supporting of people's strengths
* Ensuring exchange within the team via regular meetings 
* Coaching and mentoring of team members
* Guiding people in the sense of servant leadership 
* Promoting self-initiative and agile mindset 
* Operational implementation of personnel selection and re-skilling and up-skilling
* Active cooperation at eye level with other Team Leads 
* Ensuring and improving employee satisfaction
* Active contribution to strategic topics of the company

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

* Bachelor degree in IT, economics, management, finance
* At least 3 years on a similar position
