Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description

• Act as a process expert in the team
• Initiate process changes in the team
• Support managers in a variety of ways
• Transparency of business results, finance & processes in the company
• To prevent managers from making inefficient decisions which are based on strategy of division
• To provide all relevant controlling information to managers, which are used for decision making
• To coordinate preparation of the plans & sub- plans, which are oriented to ensure successful future of the company
• To develop & maintain controlling systems

Key accountabilities

As a member of extended team of 4 Controllers, you are going to:

• Manage and control P&L statement of small and medium customers contracted with our Swiss entity (T-Systems Schweiz)
• Advise to Service Delivery Managers about financial situation and healthiness of their businesses and projects
• Steer the month end closing, calculate accruals and deferrals and making sure everything is correctly posted and recognized
• Forecast material KPIs on monthly basis and provide variance analysis of actual data to your stakeholders
• Participate on budget preparation for 2023
• Create reporting packages and use Swiss-owned Business Intelligence reporting solutions
• Present results to Head of Controlling Switzerland and participate on weekly controlling meetings
• Use SAP, Power BI, Data warehouse, Miles+ and Excel as your day-to-day tools
• Participate on international projects and Alpine finance strategy forming

University education (Bachelor's degree)
