  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: From 3 100 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 3100 EUR /brutto.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are searching for Senior Business Intelligence Developers in our Common Data Intelligence (CDI) HUB. CDI HUB provides business intelligence solutions for T-Systems Management, Finance, Sales and HR areas using Microsoft BI technology, where the customer can create his own reports as self-service using open tools. We are searching for agile developers in our team of the CDI HUB, for the following tasks:
• Advanced development in our Microsoft Business Intelligence technology (various parts of development in data warehouse, reporting and dashboarding areas)
• Acting as strong part of development team in CDI HUB
• Taking care about junior team members in CDI HUB
• Acting as leader of solution implementation process from development to production
• Implementation of security functionalities and its enhancements
• Implementation of overall solution enhancements
• Acceptance testing supervision
• End-user’s support supervision

and with knowledge in this topics:
• Advanced SQL development in Microsoft SQL
• Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI)
• Advanced Agile development methods
• Advanced knowledge of JIRA

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Education & work experience
• Graduate computer scientist
• min. 10 years of experience in various projects (MS Business Intelligence, Azure, Robotics, etc.) with different customers

• Cooperative and customer centric mindset
• Business understanding of Sales & Finance Steering
• Understanding how to transform business needs towards technical solutions
• Experience in state-of-the-art technology, data architecture, data transformation incl. “hands-on implementation”
• Previous experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud solutions is an advantage
• Experience with solutions built on top of Microsoft SQL database (Data Factory)
• Strong experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence (Power BI)
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online solutions
• Previous experience with PowerApps and PowerAutomate is an advantage
• Methodology: agile, scrum, SAFe, requirement engineering, CI/CD deployment
• Work independently with new tools: innovate, evaluate, learn by prototyping, continuous improvement
