In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1800/brutto.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Open Sovereign Cloud is T-Systems' cloud offering for clients with high sovereignty needs. Clients in regulated sectors such as healthcare and the public sector are put in complete charge of their data – on an open-source platform, hosted in Europe. As a Senior Scrum Master you will act as a team coach for Open Sovereign Cloud development team which develops various segments of Open Sovereign Cloud platform using modern programming as well as DevOps tools. Holder of the position is assigned on topics where teams need an expert support to enhance their level of agility and help them tackle complex problems that hinder them in their progress. In close interaction with the Product Owner, Senior Scrum Master will help the team with a transition of complex product backlog requirements by utilizing common agile practices.

Key accountabilities:
• Conducts regular agile practices- Daily Standup meetings, Sprint Planning , Sprint Review and Retrospective sessions
• Assesses productivity and efficiency within the team
• Reports to the Product Owner and Product Manager
• Manages agile projects and personal accountability for delivering projects to time and cost
• Has expertise in project management and Agile tools, techniques and templates
• Is able to track record of customer focus, based on openness, trust and delivering on promises
• Has knowledge of DevOps techniques, including continuous integration and continuous deployment
• Is able to manage one or more agile teams / projects simultaneously
• Has knowledge and use of industry-standard project methods, tools and techniques (Kanban, velocity charts, control charts, burndown metrics etc)
• Has strong team working skills across client, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teams
• Demonstrates commitment to IT methodologies, processes and standards for project management / Agile methodology
• Coaches agile team in methodology
• Helps out with lean requirements - engineering
• Has knowledge of technical impediments and is able to analyze and solve complex organizational impediments
• Is mentor for junior colleagues and leads them into deeper understanding of agile and scrum methodology
Is able to solve conflicts in the team
