Senior Financial Controller for LBU Austria (German speaking)

  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: From 1 800 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1800 EUR/brutto.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

You work remotely for our Austrian branch (T-Systems Austria) and:
• Taking care of P&L of our Austrian customers under one of our portfolio units (Krages, AMS, BGT)
• Communication with Service Delivery Managers in order to create monthly forecasts for various KPIs.
• Preparation of next year’s budget
• Steering of month end – making sure all correctly posted to books (SAP CO)
• Posting of Interco Accruals and Deferrals via dedicated tools
• Creation of reporting package (Forecast vs. Actuals) + variance investigation
• Presentation or results on regular calls to Head of Controlling Austria
• Support to Senior colleagues in Austria and Juniors in Slovakia

Purpose
Support customers (managers/ internal customers) in a variety of ways:
• Transparency of business results, finance & processes in the company.
• To prevent customers from making inefficient decisions which are based on strategy of division.
• To provide all relevant controlling information to customers which are used for decision making.
• To coordinate preparation of the plans & sub- plans, which are oriented to ensure successful future of the company.
• To develop & maintain controlling systems.
