  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 000 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1000 EUR/brutto.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
• Responsible for the strategic consultation specially focusing in the financial aspects (HR KPIs) of business.
• Support HR directors in preparing analysis, planning and reporting system of HR International.

Key accountabilities
• Drives and supports top management discussions on Workforce related KPIs.
• Is responsible for the preparation of standardized reports based on raw data, in accordance with the process and guidelines.
• Prepares material for presentations.
• Assists the countries in the preparation of forecasts.
• Reviews and analysis actual/forecasts against targeted performances and prepares gap analysis.
• Monitors risks and trends.
• Prepares operating budgets based on previous budget figures, estimated revenue / workforce.
• Produces reports for regional and corporate management as requested.

Specific related tasks:
• Steering, analyzing and monitoring the numerical HR KPIs in HR International.
• Analyze the deviation between actuals/forecast/target and proactively track the Revenue, TWQ, TWC (IWC and EWC) and FTE status between actuals vs Target.
• Work closely together with HR Int’l Business Partners and local VPHRs/HR BPs.
• FTE and IWC forecast simulation based on latest business development status.
• Monitor the EWC consolidated booking during month end closing as well as realistic forecast till YE.
• Align with and support local HR on monthly forecast file / Power BI tool forecast update.
• Provide support related to BI4TSI reporting.
• Analyze the personal Special Effects request from the countries and consult the countries in personal Special Effects Business Case preparation.
• Support in preparation of International Business Review.
• Data extraction / analysis from CDM, HR Spot, BI4TSI, and other different data sources.
• Steering of HR share in business, financial planning and forecast process (within the dimension of Workforce Management).
• Average Headcount cost (KKS) analysis.
• Together with HR Int’l Business Partners, steer the planning process (iPF, FC0, FC4) on FTE and IWC.
