  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 050 - 1 600 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1050 EUR/brutto.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Work within SCRUM team, to develop, design and implement of new or modified software products or ongoing business projects. Target of development is automation of business processes and cross platform automation. Handle all phases of software development lifecycle, especially for small or midsize solutions. Follow agreed methodology steps and rituals and take responsibility for produced code to deliver functional solution with team. Document and share best practices and constantly work on self-development and follow industry trends.

Accountabilities
• Development of the complex IT systems/applications
• Analysis of the requirements and communication with internal stakeholders
• Use agreed programing language or tools to develop automation solutions.
• Development according to Agile methodology – SCRUM
• Creation of technical documentation
• Active participation on research & development projects
• Work closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts on implementation and testing of the developed solution

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Reasonable technology overview
• Basic experience working in IT industry
• Basic experience with programming
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Basic knowledge about integrating systems and applications
• Basic experience with VCS and building tools
• Basic understanding of DevOps concepts and tooling
• Ability to work both individually and in team
• Willingness to learn new technologies

Additional requirements:

• Basic knowledge at least one high-level programming language (Java, Python, C# ...), preferably Javascript
• Basic experience with JSON and XML
• Basic experience with REST or SOAP
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Databases (Oracle, MySQL ...)
• Basic experience with VCS and building tools, preferably Git and SVN
• Basic experience with UML diagrams

Nice to have:
• Basic experience with flow design (Micro Focus Operations Orchestration, ServiceNow, Ansible ...)
• Basic knowledge HTML and CSS
• Basic experience with Web Development frameworks (React, Angular, Vue ...), preferably React
• Basic experience with building backend for Web Application, preferably Django (Python framework)
• Basic overview of Linux/Unix enviroment
