  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 300 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2300 EUR/brutto.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
Agile coach is a change agent who combine technical knowledge with an intrinsic motivation to improve the company’s software and systems development processes on the enterprise level. They play a critical role in successfully implementing any agile transformation and execution. The agile coach’s ultimate goal is to provide agile teams with the right knowledge, tools and training so that they’ll be able to use agile to its full potential.

Key accountabilities
• Coach agile teams in the methodology to integrate related methodologies within the company
• Develop standards and requirements for the agile process to improve the company software and services delivery processes
• Provide training to employees on the agile process and help teams navigate agile tools and software to support the transformation of the company towards lean and agile
• Encourage employee and stakeholder buy-in to an agile transformation
