  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 300 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2300 €/brutto.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
Shape the company´s transformation to agility!

On the organizational level, as a multi-team Agile coach you will empower the organization to adopt agile as a culture shift. You will use your experience and influence to help our business in the transformation phase, from a top-down approach towards a more bottom-up collaborative culture.

On the team level, as an Agile coach of The Communication, Strategy and Transformation tribe, you will help us to enhance our proficiency in executing a scrum.

• Co-create the shared purpose and vision for our future agile organization
• Design a concept for the adoption of agile best practices in the organization

Be our MENTOR:
• Coach senior management in agile practices to ensure adoption their adoption in the organization
• Facilitate learning and development through individual and team´s training/coaching
• Guide teams in implementation of agile techniques to ensure the overall strategy is being met
• Identify the techniques that increase collaboration, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation
• Lead agile workshops for key stakeholders, executive management and the teams

• Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset and ensure the organization is at the forefront of industry best practices
• Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and being accountable for them

Personality requirements and skills

If your agile toolbox contains at least 4 of following requirements, we definitely want to see you:
• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Scrum Master or as an Agile Coach
• Experience in Scrum, Kanban or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Demonstrate examples of implementing agile techniques in various organizational cultures or different teams /not only SW development/
• Strong motivator, trainer and coach
• An excellent communicator and facilitator
• User of Kanban, Jira, Miro and similar tools
• Certified in agile coaching or agile role an advantage

• English – B2
• German – B1 (or advanced) - an advantage
