Job description, responsibilities and duties

The role governs respective process on corporate level of T-Systems International. Manages and Designs relevant processes T-Systems wide. Prioritizes process improvement measures and projects. Manages the process rollout (in time, budget, quality), measured through process implementation checks. Governs process quality and effectiveness by acting as a quality control in process optimization programs. Provides process consultancy in strategic Automation Projects and Quality initiatives.

• Implement, drive and steer a new “active” resource and staffing management concept for German SI business (for 2500 FTE own staff)
• Coordinate operative resource management team and activities (3 in Germany, 2 in Hungary)
• Represent the Resource Management in central initiatives and management alignments

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

German - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• High practical expertise in project staffing, resource management, skill management and skill development of employees
• Nice to have: Expertise with staffing tool “Decidalo”, expertise in Shoring management
• Very good German language skills in speaking: “Clients” are German employees, German staff manager and project managers
• Good Leadership skills
• Very good moderation skill, but also good assertiveness
• Driver and Innovator mindset
