  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: From 1 400 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1400 - 2500 EUR/brutto.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Interface between SDM / Service Owner (Customer) and SC OPM or OPM (both local) / operation in defined field in order to keep quality of the production.

Accountabilities
• Squad/ technical lead - responsible for the E2E steering of production/ global virtual delivery team in the OS part MSC (Windows) or OS part LINUX for the DSM platform
• Good overview in daily operational steering and good technical overview in MSC (ability to discuss technical issues with the customer/ vendors/ counterparts on managerial level)
• Planning, controlling and responsibility for the timely provision of the service in the required quality according technical/operational concept
• Supporting the SDM with respect to commissioning and cost optimizing
• Advisor in the existing business, the care about the service chain from the transformation phase to the operating phase
• SPOC for Production in the production line and for the SDM ( escalations, delivery, change and incidents management, configuration management )
• Coordination, managing and monitoring operational teams and cooperating with various departments.
• Administration of Service-Chains in Asset Manager (adding, deleting, editing)
• Customer responsibility and support for operational issues (OS part – WIN/ LIN)
• Participation, management of internal and customer calls
• German language is necessary (at least B2 level, written and spoken)
