  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 3 000 EUR/monthBasic gross salary starts from 3000 €/month based on relevant professional qualifications and experiences.
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Managing the HR related aspects linked to the implementation of a new start up and various HR projects linked to low performing sites;
• Highlight identified major risks related to Health and Safety to Senior Management;
• Ensure that Site Manager communicates Objectives & KPIs applicable to the Customer Contract and productivity performance to the employees on continuous basis during start up period and how this is linked to the bonus achievement payment for the site;
• Report on the learning curve against BCA assumptions and highlight risks/challenges to the Site Management Team;
• Ensure Span of control in place as per Contract agreement and in line with DHL requirements;
• Track site overall absenteeism turnover rate and per Second Line Leadership, understanding differences between shifts and leadership teams - Related to Start Ups;
• Ensure Site Manager follows their TDM and reviews it if necessary, aligning with immediate leader and their team's TDM;
• Support Site Manager in educating new managers and employees on the principles of Gemba Confirmation;
• Develop, with HR, initiatives for the Recognition Program (financial or non-financial) and communicate this to Frontline and Second Line Leadership during start ups as well as HR projects related to low performing contracts;
• Partner with Site HR & Site Manager on customer related issues during start ups and specific projects to enable a relationship of trust and strong engagement with the customer;
• Maintain processes and required statutory qualifications to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and local legal obligations.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• HR certification/degree and or Supply Chain degree;
• 3-5 years of experience in supervisory / project management roles;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in various HR-related areas;
• People management experience;
• English language – fluent (written and spoken);
• Capability of deploying HR Project Plans to the site management/project team related to HR Start Up Topics as well as HR Topics linked to low performing sites;
• Ability to manage change processes;
• Ability to manage customer relationship;
• Project management skills;
• Can do, passion and right first time attitude;
• Willing to travel 50% (CZ,PL, HU, SVK)
