Information about the position

  • Place of work: Nitra
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 200 EUR/monthfrom 1200 EUR gross/month base salary plus other financial and non-financial benefits. The salary can vary based on experiences and personal skills of the candidate and will be a subject of further discussion.
  • Contract type: full-time, agreement-based (Temporary jobs)

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- To support recruiting managers throughout the recruitment process, from arranging and conducting verbal brief, agree application form screening questions, agree telephone interview questions, candidate sourcing and assessment, compiling shortlist to verbal offer and feedback,
- Identify suitable candidate pools and sourcing channels,
- Amend and activate internal and external adverts,
- Monitor volume and caliber of applications,
- Conduct selection telephone interviews based on the best fit methodology,
- Update hiring managers on progress,
- Arrange face to face interviews with hiring managers and selected candidates,
- Deliver feedback to candidates,
- Maintain appropriate levels of contact and communication with candidates during the recruitment process,
- Provide recruitment and selection advice to recruiting managers inline with the resourcing strategy,
- Regularly obtain feedback from candidates and customers to ensure an excellent service is achieved, maintained and improved.

This position is being filled for a maternity leave.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Driving licence

Personality requirements and skills

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to deliver objectives and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced, demanding environment
- „Can do“ attitude
- Experience in recruitment/HR – min. 2 years
- Mobility (to be able to visit our Head Office on a regular basis)
