  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: From 1 400 EUR/monthbonus equivalent to one month salary depending on the results

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and deliver service improvement activity across GBS Finance through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking
• Serve as a change agent by driving the required cultural transformation and the adoption of successful/best practices
• Drive Lean process improvement practices and by diagnosing barriers facilitate a resolution that will lead to project success
• Duties will include development and execution of projects, data analysis and preparation, training Lean methodology and interacting with peer groups
• Coordinate highly skilled team of change agents working in different functional areas to promote change initiatives and drive process excellence
• Run cross-functional team meetings efficiently and optimally
• Lead process walkthrough workshops to understand and document as-is processes and workshops to design to-be processes L1-L5
• Implement site analysis including a baseline of operations and financial analysis and continuous measurement and improvement
• Coach employees (functional teams) in quality and process tools (e.g. SixSigma, Operational Excellence), provide on-site and on-the-job training
• Identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system
• Share best practices by bringing insights to business unit counterparts and positively contribute to a culture of process excellence
• Prepare and deliver presentations to the management highlighting performance of the Process Excellence team in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Complete post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects

Personality requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree (Industrial Engineering preferred)
• Six Sigma / Lean certifications preferred (e.g. Green Belt)
• English - Advanced (C1), any other language is an advantage
• min 2 years related experience
• Creative thinker who can leverage process engineering and continuous improvement techniques to solve complex business problems
• A strategic and analytical mindset.
• Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping, etc.
• Experience in designing and applying operational processes optimization frameworks such as Lean Management, Six Sigma, and other process engineering tools such as Celonis EMS process mining software
• Strong process background with an ability to understand workflow and throughput in operations
• Prior experience in P2P (Procure to Pay), O2C (Order to Cash), R2R (Record to Report).
• Prior experience working on RPA initiatives is a plus.
• Change Management experience including the ability to work with improvement team sponsors to address barriers to a team’s success.
• Prior experience using word processing, spreadsheet, statistical analysis, and presentation software.
