  • Place of work: Einsteinova 33, Petržalka, Slovakia, Bratislava (Job with occasional home office)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: From 1 500 EUR/month*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. The final financial conditions will be discussed based on your experience, however, they will be not lower than above-mentioned minimum salary component.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Participate in the implementation and further development of the case management tool, file management and process management tools
• Manage and Perform UAT and IT compliance testing
• Perform changes in the system according to the change management process
• Perform security administration functions, including maintaining a security matrix for system access, configuring security within the applications, etc.
• Plan, implement, monitor, and troubleshoot internal security policies, application security, access control, and corporate data safeguards
• Assist with identification and resolution of security vulnerabilities
• Serve as an escalation point for unresolved issues – Level 2 support
• Educate the user community, including the development of training materials, presenting training sessions, and assisting users on a one-on-one basis when needed
• Interface with Success Factors regarding ongoing upgrades to the system and determine the timing and roll out and training regarding promotions to the user community
• Maintain user community documentation, including application documentation, user manuals, etc.
• Provide day-to-day support to the user community, including call, email, and IM support
• Provide analysis and analytical support to the HR Department through the creation of reports, spreadsheets and data grids as requested
• Provide support for reporting and overall metrics within the systems
• Conduct data quality reviews, monitor and correct processing errors

Personality requirements and skills

• University degree
• Proficiency in English
• Min. 5 years HR systems experience (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG Products or other systems - superuser experience is required)
• Passion and experience for Reporting and Analytics is required - Power BI experience is preferred
• Experience with managing and executing user acceptance testing and training for users is required
• Experience with implementation of systems on a global basis preferred
• Communication skills – active listening and ability to navigate is required
• Project Management experience on a worldwide basis is highly preferred. The project experience should also have been a successfully implemented complex project.
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong understanding of Information security pieces, standards, practices and principles such as confidentiality, integrity, authentication, privacy, and security administration
• Strong problem solving/analytical skills; detail-oriented
• Understanding of the flow of data and system integrations
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
