Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsibilities:

• HR activities related to a work lifecycle of an employee
• Activities related to recruitment of entry level positions and temporary employees in cooperation with managers/ and or the recruitment team and HROC/ HR Operations Center (creating job requisitions, advertising, arranging the interviews, participation as needed, follow ups and feedback)
• Verification of candidate´s references in the recruiter´s absence or for the roles in scope or responsibility
• Answering questions to the applicants/ recruitment team during the recruitment process (benefits, working conditions, etc.)
• Onboarding of candidates in cooperation with HROC
• Coordination of the induction training for new employees, communication with relevant stakeholders
• Conducting an HR introductory training for new employees
• Close cooperation with an external payroll provider, making sure the provider is updated about new employees, employee personal changes, employment contract changes (amendments) and terminations
• Working closely with the HR Operations Center and making sure that records related recruitment, onboarding, cross boarding or termination of an employee are accurate and updated
• Working closely with HROC to make sure employment files are up to date and accurate
• Maintenance of local physical files of employees (administrative activities related to scanning documents and their filing, making sure that no documents are missing)
• Responsibility for Time and Attendance system, uploading new employee records, terminating employees, summarizing the attendance at the end of the month, checking for any inconsistencies
• Maintenance and ordering of meal contribution to employees as per local legislation and policies
• Management and administration of employee benefit programs
• Cooperation and communication with HROC as a Tier 2 support (In Country HR) for HR related questions
• Cooperation and communication with recruitment/ personnel leasing agencies about new/ current employees, contracts, attendance files, terminations, and handover
• Updating local policies and templates as required
• Conducting an HR process training as required or an entry level soft skill training to employees
• Conducting exit interviews to find out relevant feedback and actions for improvement
• Preparation of HR reports
• Management of the full lifecycle and related HR activities of temporary employees
• Coordination of CSR activities, social events, or any other engagement activities
• Participation on local/ global projects (attendance, payroll, engagement survey, etc.)
• Working accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Recommending enhancements
• Any ad hoc duties related to the scope of the employee´s position

• Bachelor´s or university degree in a relevant field
• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in a similar position
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with any HR IS is an advantage
