Job description, responsibilities and duties

Who we're looking for:
We are looking for a driven, dynamic and resourceful candidate with:

- at least 6 years of experience in a tax practice, ideally covering international taxation and tax structuring;
- excellent command of Slovak and English - both speaking and writing;
- university degree in Economics/Finance or other business related field;
- tax advisor certificate would be a great advantage;
- very good interpersonal skills and able to manage and develop small sized teams and promote successful practices in engagement management, client relationships and teamwork.

Your future role:
In your role as Manager, you will:

- advise and assist our clients in all business aspects of tax area;
- build and develop relationship with clients and other parties;
- proactively take relevant and valuable tax ideas to our clients to grow the practice;
- organize and execute client engagement while acting as a trusted business advisor;
- identify and develop new opportunities for additional tax services;
- manage a team that provides superior consultative advisory service to our clients;
- play an active role in the business development process, including developing relationships; generating leads and qualifying opportunities by understanding the client’s needs and Deloitte’s offerings.
