Internal Ordering Intern - opportunity for students

What you’ll achieve
As an Ordering Specialist Intern, you will be part of a team responsible for ordering Dell infrastructure products on behalf of our Dell Digital business unit. You will be partnering with many internal teams (Manufacturing, Capacity, Finance, Developers, & program managers) to ensure a clean and controlled ordering and quote management process.

You will:
Help to manage end to end ordering using Ariba Cloud, Oracle, SAP, & internal Dell ordering tools (DSA, GII, DOMS)
Alignment and support to our internal spend management tool (Spend Request Portal)

Here’s what we are looking for with this role:
Essential Requirements
University student
High level of communication, organization and problem-solving skills
Moderate level of financial acumen
You are a daily student studying at one of the Slovak universities
Good communication in English

Desirable Requirements
Ability to quickly learn many areas of our infrastructure business
A moderate level of technical experience
