Our Product Lifecycle team is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating these strategies. We conduct research and competitive pricing and product analysis and monitor the ongoing business environment to ensure Dell Technologies maintains a competitive market position.

Join us as a Data Science Intern on our Product Lifecycle team in Slovakia to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

As Data Science Intern you will be responsible for regular and ad hoc (IDC) market share reviews, audits, and investigations, analyze data quality and integrity, and prepare reports and summaries of findings. You will work with product managers globally to propose actions and strategies based on latest market competitive data.

You will:

• Work with the EMEA Product Lifecycle Managers team on short and long term projects, including competitive data automation, analysis, and pricing process standardization across regions

• Complete projects and assignments of moderate scope and complexity under supervision

• Perform reviews of product launch readiness with coordination from the rest of team, and implement price actions into tools and communication, utilizing audits to ensure completion and accuracy

• Help prepare presentations and data analysis to identify market trends and opportunities

• Work with, manage, simplify data sets, help prepare recommendations, including actions related to performance of financial metrics

Essential Requirements:

• Daily university student at Slovak university (2nd-4th year) with a Marketing,  Economic, Finance, Computer/Data science or Mathematics background

• Fluent English language

• Knowledge of MS Office (Work, PowerPoint, Excel)

• SQL, MS Power BI, Python or other basic programming skills

Desirable Requirements:

• Interest in IT business in general

• Communication and presentation skills

• Willing to learn

• An interest in data storage products and networking

Salary starting from: 6.60 EUR/hour
