IT Infrastructure Capacity Planning Intern
To drive innovation in Capacity Forecasting and Modeling at Dell Technologies, we need forward-thinking people on our IT Infrastructure Capacity Planning team. As part of this team, we devise data driven capacity strategies and roadmaps.

What you’ll achieve
As an IT Infrastructure Capacity Planning intern, you will employ global enterprise infrastructure related data and modelling techniques to produce meaningful insights and metrics. You will learn to identify trends that impact infrastructure forecasting and planning. You will also gain insights to best practices and knowledge shared within the capacity planning organization.
You will:
Became a member of IT Development Program - ongoing development sessions and trainings
Leverage existing monitoring tools to document anomalies and identify areas of improvement to automate the global capacity dashboards
Perform global ordering system efforts for Capacity Planning team
Monitor compliance dashboards, prepare reports, and ensure compliance

Essential Requirements
University student in IT field
Good English communication
Basic understanding of databases and SQL language
Coding skills (Python, R)
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (Network, Storage, Server)
Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Desire for a professional role in IT Infrastructure
Ability to find opportunities and make recommendations for process improvements
Desirable Requirements
Good understanding of data science, business intelligence practices and techniques
BI experience (Tableau, Power BI)
Basic understanding of virtualization and Cloud

3rd step: feedback and/or offer communication
Hourly salary: starting from 6,60 EUR gross
