Small Business Sales Coach

Join us as a Small Business Sales Coach on our Inside Product Specialist team in Bratislava to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.


What you’ll achieve 

The Sales Coach is responsible for sales soft/hard skills development of the SB Swiss Sales Team. The successor will work close with CSB Management and sr. Leadership team on setting, developing and implementing efficient coaching strategies.

You will: 

  • Help and advice on proactively building and developing business relationships in acquisition sales as well as relationship environment

  • Understand the business teams needs / strategy and metrics

  • Be responsible for driving strategic initiatives in acquisition sales – find and develop new methods

  • Ensure by coaching that the team achieves targets score on or above the targets

  • Deliver the SMART coaching session to the relevant audience

Essential Requirements  

  • Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience

  • Proven track record of high performance in previous roles

  • Excellent German and English communication skills, written and spoken (French is an advantage)

  • Proven ability in developing sales presentations and delivering sales training content

  • Ability to develop rapport with internal and external customers

Desirable Requirements  

  • Strong knowledge on DELL products, Sales Tools & Processes  

Salary starting from:  2135 EUR gross fix pay +  915 EUR gross variable pay

Salary split: 70/30
