What our team do:
- Our Global Fulfillment IT team has responsibility for supply chain order orchestration between sales applications and fulfillment facilities, providing solutions which intelligently & dynamically route, track and manage the fulfillment of factory, contract manufacturer, software, service & 3rd Party software & peripherals orders for our customers.
- The team’s role is to ensure that all the order processing steps in Supply Chain Fulfilment, which are required to deliver a product /service to a customer, happen at the right time and in the right sequence, creating an excellent customer experience.

What you can learn:
- Learn how to work in an Agile methodology
- Learn how to manage a backlog with a Development feature team
- Learn how to problem solve through process mapping, brainstorming techniques
- This position will provide an intern with the opportunity to experience what it is like to work on real world supply chain business capability enablement from an IT perspective
- Every day is different with a new set of challenges. You will learn how to communicate with global teams. You will understand what it is like to apply skillsets you have learned throughout you education to solve problems as part of a team.

During your internship you will be fully trained and working on:
- Learn how to elicit requirements from a business partner & translate & groom these requirements into features & stories that will be handed to a development team with positive & negative acceptance criteria
- You will be trained in Agile Methodologies, Program Management, Story Creation using Behaviour Driven Development format(Gherkin), Team Foundation Server, requirements elicitation techniques
- Learn how to make best use of collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
- Learn how to report on program progression using tools such as TFS

You should apply if you enjoy:
- Good Interpersonal communication skills
- Some knowledge of Agile and Scrum product management principles
- Experience in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, OneNote
- You will need to be flexible, hard-working & love a challenge

Throughout your internship you will have the support of the intern team, which includes:
- Being part of Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s)
- You will be assigned a Buddy who will be there to support you with all questions and will work on projects with you
- You will be part of an Intern programme, where you will attend an intern bootcamp on arrival, you will be given the opportunity to grow your network and attend various self-development trainings

Salary starting from: 6.60 EUR/hour
