Compliance and Claiming Senior Analyst

Key responsibilities:

As a Compliance and Claiming Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for Compliance and Claiming operations. You will work with multiple business stakeholders, such as Field Marketing, Budget planners, Vendor Funding Finance team and, Alliances and Partner Management team.   

You will:

  • Work closely with Compliance & Claiming team to be in sync on the Vendor Funding partner quarterly plans, quarterly operational deliverables and help achieve Dell’s claiming targets

  • Learn partner compliance review/approval process and claiming process, support Compliance & Claiming team to maximize the amount of partner funding received and track compliant execution against quarterly plans

  • Perform data quality checks and follow up with Alliances Partner Management (APM) Ops, Marketing Ops and Compliance & Claiming managers

  • Collect Proof of Performance documentation (POP) and perform POP reviews for allocated activities

  • Support month/quarter end processes and ensure financial deliverables are strictly adhered to in a timely fashion

Essential Requirements

  • Planning and organizational skills with the ability to work to aggressive deadlines

  • Ability to solve complex problems in a short time and deal with multiple issues simultaneously. Must have excellent attention to detail, a key requirement for claiming activities

  • Good communication skills and essential project management skills

  • Quick learner and ability to make decisions with minimal information and dealing with ambiguity
