E-Commerce Deployment Senior Analyst

The E-Commerce Senior Analyst is responsible for integration of Dell's EMEA customers into Dell’s B2B platform. The B2B online solutions are offered to Dell’s larger customers across all business verticals within Dell’s EMEA Business Unit and are a key component to our online strategy in the Relationship business to differentiate from our competitors.

What you’ll achieve

They are industry experts on emerging technology. They manage the development, implementation and coordination of cutting-edge internet marketing strategies while driving merchandising product placement, pathing, promotion, and content to optimize conversion and consideration. The team also leads on campaign management, product launch, online merchandising, and end-to-end conversion.

You will:

• Support the development of global e-commerce programs and overall website strategy to maximize brand presentation and consumer experience and support the integrated internet marketing strategy for the company
• Perform analysis to recommend changes to the commerce platform, creating cutting edge strategies around online demand generation and delivering and maintaining an outstanding online customer experience
• Define, measure and manage activities against online KPIs, delivering programs to meet financial goals
• Apply understanding of emerging online demand generation programs and search capabilities to drive search strategies
• Identify and recommend future architectural and technology enhancements to drive a world-class e-tailor site

Essential Requirements

• Knowledge of e-Business technologies, process definition, and escalation management.   
• Experience with Online integrations/electronic ordering/punch-out/online ordering, testing experience, including technical knowledge of various protocols such as cXML, xCBL, OCI, EDI or JSON
• Strong analytical skills with heavy emphasis on problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong customer and business-facing communication skills, including ability to work effectively with Dell customers/business partners/3rd party integrator, working with an international client base and within remote and virtual environment.

Desirable Requirements

• Prefer a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least two years of professional experience in a related field. 
• Experience with ERP systems such as Ariba, SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, Hubwoo/Perfect Commerce, etc. and Market sites is an advantage

Salary starting from: 1700 EUR gross monthly
