Technical Sales Support EI Memory with English, French or Russian basic (1-year contract)

What you’ll achieve
As a Technical Sales Support, you will enable clients to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs. You will build positive relationships, ensuring an outstanding experience for both our customers and our sales teams.

You will:

  • Provide pre-sales operational/technical support for Enterprise Memory Upgrades via mailbox management for EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa) with the goal of influencing sales behavior and actively participates on specific assignments or developmental pillars for process improvement initiatives and/or with cross-functional teams within the Enterprise Infrastructure organization.

  • No technical knowledge required as this would be imparted by the team: server and memory knowledge, including sales/marketing/supply strategy, as well as sales motions and scope within the Enterprise Infrastructure roles, such as marketing, sales, product management and business development.

  • Actively participates in process improvement programs and with cross-functional teams and will work on assignments and/or developmental pillars

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent business English and basic French or Russian

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience in logistic, customer service or administrative work including understanding of basic order processes, systems configurations and documentation

  • Demonstrated problem solving ability, able to prioritize workload and high volumes; financial and analytical experience

  • Ability to work collaboratively and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written, willingness to appropriately explain difficult issues; ability to think quickly

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience working with sales and external customers or in support of many different business units and geographies preferred

  • Technical affinity

Salary starting from: 1 400 € monthly gross
