The main responsibility of Germany, Switzerland & Austria Collection Manager is to manage a team of collection analysts to maximize on-time collection of all outstanding debt. Collection manager is also responsible to meet targets for AR performance including past due reduction, speed-to-pay, on time collection, minimizing aged debt, etc. Job provides frequent opportunity to interact with executives and collaborating in a global team contributing expertise and influence beyond the boundaries of EMEA.

You will:

  • Manage a team of 10+ junior professionals
  • Drive team to meet collection targets, understand gaps and take action
  • Understand root cause for disputed invoices and engage business partners in Sales, Finance and Ops to take corrective and preventive action
  • Create management outlooks and review
  • Occasional customer contact for resolution of most complex issues

Salary starting from: 2200 EUR Gross/month.
