What you’ll achieve

Providing Customer support for the global portal customers, onboarding, customer facing discussions, in depth knowledge of customer global portal requirements.

    You will:

    • Taking a leading role in creation and delivery of the Deployment plan for the Global Portal eCommerce solution, working with customers to ensure delivery within the timescales and scope agreed.

    • Drive internal communication around specific customer requirements and the status of the individual plans

    • Delivery of Portal Page Training both internal and external  (via Live Meeting)

    • Troubleshooting – Own the resolution of all ISR & customer Portal Page issues, working with the wider on-line community as appropriate.

    • Push Global Portal usage on pages which are live

    Essential Requirements:

    • Knowledgeable in current and possible future policies, practices, trends and information affecting his/her business and organization.     

    • Excellent communications/presentations to all customers, peers and SMT (Online and Sales) face-to-face, by phone and in meetings

    Desirable requirements:

    • Fluent in English.

    • Additional European language (German, French, Spanish) a real asset

    Salary starting from: 2000 EUR gross monthly
