Advisor, Sales Operations - Rebates

Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.

What you’ll achieve

As a Sales Operations Advisor, you will enable clients to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs. You will play a meaningful role in meeting customers’ needs, as well as crafting and maintaining a global portal for customer accounts. You will build positive relationships, ensuring an outstanding experience for both our customers and our sales teams.

You will:

  • Based on given problem in post-sales operational support in the area of the price concessions to solve, identify, design and build best data and calculation model that enables reporting at actionable level and define and model the key variables impacting the business or process to drive decision-making, claiming process simplification, but still ensure process compliance

  • Collect and transform unstructured data into actionable insight; Provide analytical, reporting, and project support to senior management and identify the root causes of potential Distributor disputes, prevent them and provide immediate support to close those potential queries from Distributors

  • Deal with queries from Merchandisers, Sales and Finance teams in a timely manner and support the price concessions quarterly accruals process, gather the data, analyze them and provide inputs for accruals and provide the variance commentaries.

  • Work across multi-ledger infrastructure, map and document dependencies and implications of price concessions; ensure that all the documentation is properly updated and archived; Identify areas for improvement, support it and share best practice initiatives to improve added value for business

  • Deliver positive customer experience through white glove approach through collaboration with the broader Finance, Merchandisers and Channel Operations teams to effectively manage existing and new processes and tools in a consistent manner while driving process improvements

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required; Masters degree a plus, and 5-7 years of relevant experience

  • Experience with SQL or other databases is preferred; established excellence in Excel is a must; strong PowerPoint skills preferred.

  • Possess strong analytical skills with business and finance acumen; Ability to quickly pull information and format it graphically to support presentations or meetings and work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a passion for winning. Excellent negotiating skills and ability to resolve conflict and multiple priorities.

  • Structured, Self-motivated, Reliable and independent; Ability to work to deadlines and targets

Salary starting from : 1900,- EUR monthly gross
