Employer Brand & University Relations Lead for Central Europe

Bratislava, Slovakia

The Talent Acquisition (TA) team within Human Resources is responsible for promoting a positive image of Dell Technologies and recruiting new people to our global team. We take into account complex factors to build talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners. Alongside forecasting hiring needs, undertaking interviews and conferring job offers, we advise business stakeholders on the talent strategy and deliver all TA metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Employer Branding

  • Management of Dell Technologies employer brand on social medias and positioning it as an employer of choice among our competitors, development of brand campaigns in coordination with our Talent Acquisition team, creative agency & Global Brand team, ensuring our brand and social media activities and presence on the market are in accordance with our global employer brand standards

  • Complete management of Dell Technologies Slovakia social network - content creation (Adobe AI, Pr, Canva), metrics management, coordination of posts, curation of content, scheduling; creation of digital content across social and email communications preparation of graphic materials for our online and offline campaigns - leaflets, newsletters and merchandise

  • Organizing internal and external events to boost our presence on market, hire talent and to engage our internal team members

University Relations

  • Driving partnership with core universities and student associations - creating new initiatives, running internal& external events

  • Building strong intern and graduates pipeline via business partnering

Essential Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a related role (Employer Branding, Talent Attraction, Brand Marketing, Marketing Campaign Manager, Advertising)

  • Passion for content creation and storytelling with proficiency in Adobe AI, Pr, Canva

  • Social media expertise including content and community management and data analytics

  • Understanding of key digital marketing tools and their use in recruitment marketing

  • Project Management experience

Desirable Requirements

  • Work experience in a large, complex or global environment with multiple brands and brand complexity is a plus

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing or related studies

Salary starting from: 1500 EUR gross monthly
