Order Management Specialist with English AND GERMAN
Our products aren’t the only thing that breaks the mold; the way we fulfill orders to our customers does too. Our Order Management team takes charge of the end-to-end order, processing products, services and solutions received via sales staff and direct customers. We verify and review the accuracy of online and offline orders and determine the method of order processing to support the needs of the business.

What you’ll achieve
As an Order Management Specialist, you will support the end-to-end order management process, while being responsible for documentation of policy and procedures, reporting and research. You will work with internal and external customers to process and verify the accuracy of online and offline orders.
• Connect with and support both internal and/or external customers
• Research customer problems and deliver solutions
• Complete order requirements and check price and quantity of each item listed
• Work with multi-functional teams to drive velocity, backlog management and frictionless rate
• Complete and maintain customer records per business controls, including account online product
