Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an enthusiastic, independent, communicative, proactive, flexible, and organized candidate for the Head of Sales position. We require our candidate to have a vast business network and to be able to embrace and sell our products and services. The Head of Sales would need to create and implement a sales strategy, sales plan, and all required processes to ensure the successful acquiring of new business relationships and the expansion of product sales.

Responsibilities

- Create company sales strategy of DECENT products and services
- Prepare sales plan according to company business strategy
- Direct P&L responsibility for overall sales plan
- Implement efficient sales processes
- Build strong sales team and actively manage sales activities
- Train, coach and monitor sales team, bring ideas for any improvements
- Actively cooperate with other functional teams in preparation of pricing model for DECENT products and services, market research, identify target markets
- Regularly report sales performance and activities to CEO
- Build partner network and engage in business development activities
- Travel to meet potential and existing clients

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

- Experience of sales of complex B2B and B2C IT & software products, solutions and services (mandatory)
- 5+ proven working experience on sales position, such as a sales representative, sales area manager or key account manager
- Experience in selling for public sector (optional)
- 2+ proven working experience leading sales team (experience with training of sales team, coaching and mentoring)
- Experience with creation of sales strategy, execution of sales plan
- Ability to create trusted business relationships and strong network
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Slovak & English)
- Excellent knowledge of technological trends
- Willingness to travel – flexibility
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Confident decision-maker
- Languages: Slovak, English
