Job description, responsibilities and duties

YOUR ROLE:
As a ⚽SPORT LEADER and ⭐CUSTOMER SERVICE LEADER your responsibility will be to make your sport accessible within your community by sharing the benefits of your sport with others. Once you have mastered the in-store basics, you will have the freedom to think outside the box, choose what you sell and how; building your business from the ground up.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• TEAM PLAYER – The business and the customer always comes first. Together with your teammates, you will ensure that your in-store business is commercial and efficient day-to-day and customer satisfaction and delightment is *****.

• CUSTOMER SERVICE – Your customers will always be your number one priority. You will have the means to listen to their feedback in order to make improvements to your business and constantly provide a 5-star shopping experience. At Decathlon, we ensure that all our customers remain loyal through our Satisfied or Satisfied policy. You will be an ambassador for the Click & Collect concept and creating a seamless omni-channel shopping experience for your customers.

• DIGITAL – As retail continues to evolve, you will have the freedom to discover new ways to build your business and customer relationship through social media and other digital channels. You will also be the ambassador for our Decathlon app and customer satisfaction referent for your teammates.

• PARTNERSHIP – Once your business and customer satisfaction is thriving in-store and online, you can reach out to the communities and work with your local sports clubs/schools/businesses to develop partnerships. Here is where you will apply your networking skills in order to strengthen your brand and customer satisfaction.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
