Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Responsibility for the overall management of Sales & Marketing in Slovakia and respective European countries under the supervision of Slovakia
• Developing Sales & Marketing strategy, business and marketing plans, and setting the directions for the market
• Organizing, conducting and coordinating trainings and webinars with Slovak and foreign lecturers
• Performing proof reading and editing of marketing materials prior to dissemination and social media posting
• Organize, conduct and coordinate marketing/training activity in Slovakia, Networking Countries
• Responsibility for creating brochures, leaflets and other advertising materials for Slovakia and other countries within Europe
• Planning & preparation of annual marketing budget and marketing activities
• Building good relationships between the company and network leaders, and maintaining good relationships between leaders and members through formal meetings and informal conversations
• Organizing and actively participating in events, exhibitions and conferences

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) or Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Ability to speak English fluently (level C1)
• Experience in a marketing position is required for this position
• Being a Role model, open-minded for traveling, flexible on evening time, also during weekends if necessary
• Goal-oriented approach, business and strategic thinking, high resilience and strong argumentation skills
• Creative thinking - coming up with new ideas to help the market grow
• Ability to brainstorm and organize events
• High level of empathy and ability to easily establish relationships
• Very good communication and soft skills with a positive approach to work and to solve problems
