Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a graduate or junior who will work closely with the Director of Strategy and Development, and will have partial exposure to company management level.  The successful candidate will contribute to shaping and implementing company strategy, management of projects and tasks of strategic importance range. 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Take the active supportive role in the strategic projects and support Strategy & Development Danucem team in their execution.
  • Participate on assessing existing markets and macro-economic trends.
  • Participate on identifying key industry trends and how they impact the company / opportunities for growth.
  • Support the existing strategic planning process.
  • Support research and analyze markets, conducting the market studies.
  • Support identifying growth opportunities.
  • Support preparation of presentations and materials for management and the Board of directors.

University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

  • 0-1 years of experience at business development, project management role in industrial company and/or other relevant professional experience including strategy planning & implementation, corporate finance, performance management, controlling or similar areas (focus of having overview of entire business)
