Project/Sales Manager (prefabricates production), Prešov

  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 000 EUR/monthFrom 2000€ Base Salary + 12% Maximum Reachable Annual Variable bonus + 13th Salary (Base salary is MINIMUM possible - will be set based on applicant´s experience)

Job description, responsibilities and duties

1. Business strategy

  • Participation in the preparation of the sales strategy, its implementation and responsibility for delivering the desired results.
  • Coordinating regular market research within building construction business focused on customers, competition and finding new business opportunities in order to determine technical and development directions.
  • preparation of annual, quarterly production plans

2. Marketing strategy

  • Participates in the creation of marketing strategy and marketing activities.
  • Monitors new market trends, competing manufacturers and proposes changes in product portfolio and design in order to ensure the company competitiveness.
  • Uses various marketing tools to optimally present the company, products, and services to customers.

3. Building Construction Business

  • Coordination role between customer and FERROBETON (individual product definition; liaising with technical managers and representatives of co-contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, industry designers, customer, implementing authorities and other organizations during construction on site)
  • Coordinating the implementation of individual products and complete building structures from quotation to the finished, assembled structure.
  • Organizing and monitoring the delivery of individual products.
  • Ensuring compliance within occupational safety rules and environmental regulations.

4. Customers

  • performing customer service tasks for individual products
  • examination of the possibility of manufacturing individual products,
  • settlement of complaints related to individual products
  • preparation of price offers
  • drawing up contracts
  • post-calculation of projects

5. Technical and financial control

  • Technical and financial control of construction processes for the purpose of profitability calculation, monitoring of the performance development and results, preparation of preliminary and actual profit and loss statements, forecast preparation
  • Obtaining partial and final performance certificates, invoicing, economic management, and documentation of construction activities in general

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Structural, Architectural, Mechanical)
  • 3 years’ experience as a construction site or construction sales manager 
  • Energetic and able to mobilize people, do cross company tasks
  • Able to build trustful relationships with partners within and outside the company
  • Fast learner able to grasp concepts quickly

  • Good knowledge in construction dynamics
  • Knowledge of technology processes
