Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for Teamplayer who:

- will be able to build and maintain relationships with customers, to define salesplans and long term account strategies, to work and align with the whole DPS organisation (Sales &Marketing and Business Units), you will report to the Director Sales East Europe & TMA and you will be part of a sales team where

- will be responsible of supporting existing customers and identifying new opportunities. Having a proven commercial understanding and good knowledge about hydraulic and/or electrical applications you’ll identify where DPS can offer solutions fitting with customer needs.

- will have a natural ability of initiating, driving, and presenting proposals to the customer, you will work in close cooperation with the Application Engineer (AE) within a dynamic matrix organization. You will operate in direct contact with the customer, supported by product management, production, technical and customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support existing customers and identify new opportunities.
Develop profitable growth and long-term partnerships with existing customer portfolio.
- Follow up on ongoing activities and monitor potential opportunities or compelling events to promote DPS products and solutions to customers.
- Communicate well at all levels of the customer and DPS organization and transform complex functionalities into customer values.
- Execute by developing timeline, milestones, goals, KPI's and actions while involving all relevant stakeholders internally and externally.
- Involve the technical department and production, based on defined sales processes, and lead coordination for the assigned accounts, to ensure alignment of strategies and activities across regions/countries.

Background and skills:
- You have bachelor’s degree or a relevant technical background and a proven solid track record of sales within B2B.
- You are experienced in demanding price and agreement negotiations. You will need sound networking skills, and a full overview of relevant stakeholders.
- On the personal level, you should be analytical, a good listener with high focus on long-term partnerships built on knowledge, trust, and quality.
- A personal drive and ambition to push boundaries both internally and externally in combination with result-oriented and a close follow-up mentality.
- Being curious, forming relations and adapting to different cultures and situations are easy for you.
- Having excellent interpersonal communications skills, enables you to act as a valued team player, but also ensures that you communicate your results in a clear and concise manner.
- You are fluent in Slovak, Czech and English verbally and in writing. The ability to speak Polish will be a plus.
