Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are a fast-growing sales team in the newly opened branch of the company, which is dedicated to organizing events, exhibitions and shows around the world. We have many years of experience and are very good at our job, which is proven by the fact that we are number 2 in the world in our segment.

Every year, we organize more than 400 events in 22 countries, starting with Japan and China, through the United Arab Emirates, Germany, the United Kingdom to the United States and Brazil. Our motto is "We're in the business of building businesses".

From our portfolio you will undoubtedly know, for example, the Vienna Motor Show, the New York Comic-Con or MIDEM in Cannes.

We are looking for German-speaking International Sales Managers who will sell events, exhibitions and trade shows from various industries worldwide, primarily to clients from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The main task is to take care of existing clients and proactively accompany them through the process of purchasing participation in the New Year's edition of the event and actively search, process, and manage new business opportunities within the entrusted portfolio of exhibitions and events.

Communication with clients occurs primarily by phone/videocall, or later in person at the exhibitions themselves. A popular part of the job position are business trips to the mentioned exhibitions and events, which take place in attractive world capitals (such as Dubai, Tokyo, Paris, London, Munich, Salzburg, Cannes, New York and other).

What will be your role?
• care for existing clients,
• acquisition of new clients,
• active customer relationship building,
• brand building of individual exhibitions and events,
• fulfillment of sales goals and team strategy in cooperation with direct Head of Bratislava Office,
• recording of ongoing business cases in the internal database

• the salary consists of a fixed part of € 1500 gross and a variable part,
• additional one-time reward of € 1,000 gross after the end of the trial
three months period,
• an additional one-off reward of € 1,000 gross after six months in

• an increase in the basic salary after 12 months of employment by 5%,
