  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 200 EUR/monthBase salary + attractive performance-based bonus paid annually. Final base salary will be agreed based on previous work experience.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Crowdberry is a leading investment platform with 50+ million Eur in assets across the group structure that encompasses nearly 50 target companies, investment funds and investment SPVs across Slovakia and Czech Republic in three investment segments – startups, SMEs and real estate. We are now looking for a bright and engaged OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR to our Bratislava office. Working alongside our experienced office manager, you as right the candidate will help to run the operations of the Bratislava office, liaise with investors, support the management, investment team with preparing investment related documentation (templates are in place), meeting coordination, organising events.

Responsibilities

• Act as a main point of contact among executive team, employees, and external parties
• Help the office manager to run the office operations
• Provide support with accounting, purchasing
• Communicate with external investors and provide them with support where needed
• Support the investment and legal team with preparing and filing investment related documentation
• Work with internal CRM system (ZOHO)
• Support executive team with meeting coordination, travel arrangements and other matters
• Support marketing activities - preparing and coordinating events, printing corporate materials
• Handle all other administrative tasks

Our requirements

• Higher education or university degree
• 1-2 years of previous experience at a similar position, preferably from a corporate or a legal firm
• Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken (C1 level)
• Sound proficiency in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous experience with internal CRM system is welcomed
• Strong organisational, communicational skills, perfect attention to detail
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work towards tight deadlines
• Very good time management and ability to prioritize
