Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our office in Bratislava we are currently seeking to recruit a

IT Project Manager (Scrum Master)

Job responsibilities:
Project Manager will follow the whole project management, interacting with the Business Unit in the pre-sales phases when necessary, assisting specifically other business areas to ensure the project delivery towards customers and ending with post-sales cycle and support.

In particular the project manager:
* Leads and manages implementation phase of assigned projects
* Define specification and request on resources of assigned projects
* Guarantees the planned costs/deadlines/man days with reference to the project
* Finalization and approval of specification for implementation part and technical part of projects
* Responsibility to meet deadlines on assigned projects
* Prepares technical and methodical documentation for end-users of assigned projects
* Manages the relationship towards internal players and towards external players in order to produce effective solutions for the client

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Personality requirements and skills

* Minimum Bachelor degree in finance or IT related area
* About 3 year experience with project management in IT, financial institutions or consulting area
* Strong knowledge of agile/scrum project management methodologies - required
* Work experience in software development or delivery projects in an international environment
* Strong customer orientation: work experience in a consultant role advantageous
* Close relationship not only towards processes/architecture but mainly towards business and IT analysis
* Experience in gaining detailed overview of developed products in order to be equal partner for business unit (project manager + business analyst)
* Ability to motivate team, think positively and find solutions in very complicated and seemingly hopeless, situations
* Experience in team-leading – required
* Fluency in English language - required
