Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsible to provide an exceptional customer experience, responding effectively to consumers enquiries in a skilful and professional manner, ensuring a timely and qualitative resolution, through an omnichannel network as determined by Client needs. Work collaboratively with internal and external departments to resolve all enquiries and ensure all key client SLA’s/ KPI’s are met.

Key responsibilities:

- To professionally handle contacts, including but not limited to: inbound & outbound telephone calls; email; rating & reviews, social media, WhatsApp and any other communication channels as agreed with your line manager;
- To meet and exceed all quantitative and qualitative performance targets;
- Contributes to team target/SLA even when personal target has been achieved;
- Manages own Inbox and responds to emails and queries in a timely manner;
- To become a ‘product expert’;
- To attend training and briefing sessions as necessary to gain expertise and understanding of Client and Contact Centre requirements;

- Transport allowance - 50 euros/gross per month
- Meal vouchers - 5.5 euros net per working day

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Confident telephone manner, ability to empathize and control conversation at the same time;
- Good telephone, keyboard, verbal and written communication skills with ability to use phone and desktop computer systems;
- Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills;
- Excellent grammar skills both written and verbal in English as well as a second appropriate language (bilingual) native language to support the countries for which they are recruited to support;
