Job description, responsibilities and duties

We’re looking for a Head of Resourcing to lead the recruiting department and the business at large in all of its recruiting functions, including team leadership, sourcing strategy development and execution, program design and implementation, and recruiting goals development and achievement. You will operate as a member of the business’s talent leadership team and report to the People Director, who is responsible for guiding the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy.

As a Head of Resourcing, you will:
- Set, manage and achieve effective recruitment strategies and targets, balancing the recruitment department’s resources in order to meet the constantly evolving business needs
- Lead, build and scale a successful recruitment team within a global organization, supporting development, department-wide growth, and team alignment.
- Oversee the execution of all recruitment and sourcing activities, as well as the business’s overall recruiting mission, vision, and long-term strategy.
- Work closely with the senior recruiting management and human resources executives in approving and implementing the department’s strategies and procedures
- Develop and oversee the annual departmental budget and determine internal budgetary allocation in collaboration with senior management as well as the finance department.
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports on performance metrics, results, impacts, and cost-effectiveness of the current recruiting strategies
- Manage vendors and agencies, applying strong negotiating skills and managing performance to ensure a strong SLA delivery as well as cost-effectiveness
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies and procedures, including research, surveys and experiments, and using the data to improve decision-making, strategies, and recruitment procedures.
- Ensure strong employer brand offering, in-bedding of company values, and an inclusive and compliant experience throughout the candidate journey, to support talent acquisition and retention. Work closely with the marketing department, effectively establishing communication strategies that attract diverse talent to the business.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) or Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills

Our ideal Head of Resourcing:
- You have extensive working experience in a senior recruiting role, and a proven record leading a high-performing recruiting team to success
- You also have experience in a highly competitive, global environment, working with full cycle recruiting as well as bulk recruitment across multiple sites (experience working in a Contact Center environment would be great!)
- Your leadership skills and your passion for change inspire, motivate, and align your team towards common goals. You know how to get the best out of the people you manage to achieve consistently high standards of service. You make sure they have a comprehensive understanding of their roles and are adequately trained and equipped with the right skills to deliver all the tasks they’ve been set
- You’re a strategic and creative decision maker, a problem solver who can work under minimal supervision, demonstrating composure in times of stress, and inspiring the same in your team

- You’re highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven approach to recruitment strategy formulation and decision-making.
- You use MS Office and Teams at a highly proficient level, and have a working knowledge of ATS services and tools
- You have a broad understanding of general HR requirements in Slovakia
