Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Respond to customer queries received via e-mail, ticket, or on social media (NO CALLS)
- Identify customers requests and find a solution in a timely manner and in accordance to internal processes
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and answer to provide guidance
- Follow up with customers to ensure their requests have been fully solved
- Collect customer enquiries' data in accordance to internal processes and to improve customer experience
