We're currently looking for a Payroll Intern to join our People team.
In this role you will be supporting payroll department with processing documentation and reporting regarding to employees information.
As a Payroll Intern you will be assisting the payroll department with reviewing timesheets and overtime information for completeness and accuracy. Some of your responsibilities:
- Compiling data such as garnishments, paid time off (PTO), supporting documentation for absences.
- Support process improvements through projects and initiatives.
- Providing support in resolving employees' payroll queries.
- Assisting in the management of meal vouchers.

Candidates with education suit the position
University student
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
- Bachelor's/ Master´s student in pursuit of a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Excel skill set desirable
- Detail orientated
- Strong communication skills
- Basic Slovak and high level of English both in speaking and writing
- To be able to make an internship agreement with the University
