  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 889 EUR/month22,660 euro/gross per year + 3,600 euro/gross yearly bonus based on performance

As Impress continues to increase its global reach, we are growing our Team in Barcelona/Slovakia.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader who will be an important part of a hard-working, fast-growing team.

- Successfully lead, coach, develop, monitor & build your team.
- Keep your team focused on achieving & exceeding their set targets.
- Conduct weekly review meetings and live coaching to develop team and individual performance
- Work in collaboration with the coaches to ensure high quality standards are achieved.
Implement and maintain effective working practices to comply with security regulations.
- Attend meetings with the Client and deal with any requests, maintain a good relationship with the Client.
- Create and analyse reports.
- Liaise with supervisors, team leaders, operatives to gather information and resolve issues

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- People management skills, a strong team player with the ability to work with a varied level of CPM personnel.
- High level of English, both written and spoken
- Microsoft proficient, particularly Excel and PowerPoint are a plus.
- Detail orientated with accurate data capturing.
- Highly motivated with a drive to achieve & exceed targets.
- Continuously striving to proactively develop all aspects of team performance.
- Ability to work US hours (16:00 - 4:00 CET)
