As Impress continues to increase its global reach, we are growing our Team in Slovakia.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Booking Conversion Specialist who will be an important part of a hard-working, fast-growing team.

- Ensure the highest standard of calls and follow-ups is delivered and maintained in all aspects of the Booking Conversion team function including (but not limited to: inbound and outbound call management, WhatsApp, emails etc.
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment to satisfy requests using multiple computer systems and productivity tools.
- Make booking conversion calls and offer Free Visits, covering the countries in which we operate. Exact patient pool to be attended will be set by immediate manager and may vary during the work.
- Ability to make real-time decisions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment characterised by ambiguity and change.
- Handle call escalations of customers issues.
- Prospect and respond to incoming leads to build and maintain a pipeline that will exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas
- Recognize and proactively report trends and potential weaknesses and help to create solutions to improve each customer's journey and teach your colleagues
- Work with your teammates to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

What you need to be successful:
- +1 years experience in a similar position within Booking Conversion/Acquisition working in an international environment
- You are recognized for your team spirit, your interpersonal and writing skills
- A proactive attitude
- Proven experience in a telesales environment engaging with leads over the phone is a plus
- Fluent English
- Ability to work US hours (16:00 - 4:00 CET time)
