Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR intern to assist our HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks. The HR intern’s responsibilities include creating HR documents accordingly, initiating background checks on shortlisted candidates, and providing suitable recommendations to improve HR policies. You should also be able to draft employee communications notifying staff of policy and procedural changes.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR department.
- Compile and update employee records and documentation.
- Deal with employee HR related requests, issues, advice and regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments such as payroll or recruitment to ensure a smooth employee onboarding and stay in CPM by providing relevant data.
- Communicate with public services when necessary or when requested.
- To prepare and deliver contracts: new employee, renewals, contract extensions and changes.
- To prepare and deliver other HR related documents.
- Basic Slovak and high level of English both in speaking and writing
- Good organizational skills and efficiency
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to handle multiple projects at a time and comply with deadlines
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize demands
- Desire to keep learning and growing
- To be able to make an internship agreement with the University
