Job description, responsibilities and duties

CPM International are an award-winning contact centre. We have clients such as Dyson, Colgate and Harley Davidson.

We are looking for French and English speaking Online Customer Representatives to join our vibrant Aktiia customer care team.
You’ll need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken French and English (minimum C1 level).

Aktiia was founded out of a passion to create the best solution for the diagnosis and management of high blood pressure. To support their accelerating revenue growth and ambitious product roadmap.

Your responsibilities will include these tasks:

• Respond to customer queries via e-mail, ticket, or on social media - NO CALLS
• Identify customers requests and find a solution in a timely manner
• Collect and analyse data
• Monitor customer complaints on social media and answer to provide guidance
• Follow up with customers to ensure their requests have been solved
