We are looking for employees with a fluent level of Slovak and/or Czech to strengthen our vibrant and motivated customer service and sales team to interact with owners of some of the most innovative and stylish Dyson products in the world. Please note you must also be able to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English (minimum C1 level).

► Your daily tasks:

Handle inbound customer contacts received on written channels, from various EU markets, as required, depending on daily/weekly/monthly demand and business requirement.
Use translation tools or other available systems to provide customer service in the language of the market being supported.
Cultural awareness of the various European markets being worked within, for differences in communication style and customer expectations.
Efficient and productive to achieve agreed service levels (SLA) and contact centre targets i.e. Productivity Quality, NPS.
Strive for’ first contact resolution’ to resolve customer queries efficiently and satisfactorily.
Use required systems to resolve customer issues and take the recommended next best action.
Adhere to the guidelines within the quality framework to ensure a great customer experience and adherence to client processes.
Demonstrate a full understanding of Dyson’s products and brand values.
Be a Dyson Ambassador by educating customers on Dyson Technology.
Recommend and sell the latest Dyson technology where appropriate and cross-sell across the different categories.
Adhere to legal, and client requirements, such as GDPR and PCI.
Give feedback and provide insight into the key areas that drive a poor customer experience.

• Start date: 24th of August 2022.
• A Permanent Contract (Indefinite).
• Full-time contract (40 hours/week) - Working between Monday to Sunday (rotating weekends), five days per week, rotating shifts between 8 am and 8 pm.
• Highly competitive base salary of €14,000 per annum.
• Fully covered 5 EUR/ per day meal voucher.
• Introducing a commuting allowance €50 Per month (€600 per annum for 100% in the office).

• Experience in the customer service industry and ideally in a Contact Centre environment.
• Adaptable to provide the best customer experience across various EU markets.
• Autonomous and fast learner to provide effective support to various EU markets.
• Solution-oriented to provide the correct and best outcome for the customer.
• Dedicated, hardworking and passionate about giving a great customer experience.
• Ability to connect with customers, build rapport and show empathy.
• Ability to navigate various software platforms simultaneously.
• Well organised and able to prioritise the workload with the ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible and able to adapt to change easily as this is a fast-paced and changing environment.

• Experience of soft skills related topics including customer service and sales
