Job description, responsibilities and duties
We're looking for a Lead Recruiter to provide a professional and efficient service to the company's clients and stakeholders
As a Lead Recruiter, you will:
- Lead a small team of super talented Recruiters, supporting, coaching and performance managing them to develop and grow within their role while ensuring achievement of agreed KPIs and SLAs at individual and team level
- Collaborate with other Senior members of the team to ensure that resources are appropriately planned and allocated to meet all client requirements across the organization through key peak periods supporting new business growth.
- Ensure fair and consistent recruitment processes at all times in line with our company DNA, as well as an outstanding candidate experience
- Be the expert for your division, providing your clients with access to data and management reports, interviewing and assessment advice, and insight on market trends
- Track performance and provide detailed reporting on your team's recruitment activities
- Build strategic partnerships with your clients
- Leverage all opportunities and avenues for candidate generation, using any agreed budgets to generate the best talent attraction, including the use of Social Media platforms and job portals to drive and create innovative ways to locate the most suitable candidates
What we're looking for:
- Proven successful recruitment experience
- Fluent in Slovakian along with C2 level of English both in verbal and written communication
- A deep understanding of recruitment systems and best practices
- Professional, proactive, positive and with a “can-do” attitude and a creative approach to problem solving
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Excellent IPS & communication skills
- Excellent influencing skills
- Consultative approach, with the ability to build partnerships
- Experience with volume recruiting within an international contact centre is a big plus
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to report on ROI
- Great knowledge of the Office suite and recruitment software
